As some people will know, Dezza - he's signed up from a while ago - I have a small program on my server called SiggyFactory. It was designed by me initially for Outspark Club to churn out avatars of a 100x150 nature

As I've left it, the program works fine. The problem was lack of artwork. So, I've sacked the artist, they're not having the program, we're going to have it! But I still need artwork.

To make the avatars, the computer takes a series of 100x150 (Currently, but the size can be changed) gif images with transparent backgrounds, overlaid on top of each other to produce our avatar. So for example, there's a background image which can be selected (transparent or otherwise), a body (unclothed but tastfully ambiguous, also transparent), then a collection of overlayable clothing and accessories (naturally transparent.

All we really need is a sample body for each gender and clothing to fit over the top. I believe the GD program PHP uses to create images has colourising effects build in to change gray images into colours or rotate pallets, but to what extent I'm not sure... anyway, have fun, and check out The site as I do have some sample material already up there (You need to create an account there - something which I can change to read the forum accounts eventually )
